EngelKlean Series - are aqueous based citric acid cleaners that contain highly efficient “synergized”, biodegradable, heat accelerated surfactants, combined with glycol derivatives and “synergized” polycarboxylic acid derivative chelating agents for rinsability and metal sequestration. The EngelKlean series can be used in the conventional and/or non-conventional kleaning or displacement operations associated with the removal of water scale and metallic oxides from ceramics and other surfaces associated with Regenerative Thermal Oxidation (RTO) and Regenerative Catalytic Oxidation (RCO) process equipment.
PrepKlean Series - are slightly acidic, water based, non-nitrited formularies designed to mildly clean surfaces and to aid in flash rust prevention and to remove chlorides, sulfates, and other soluble salts prior to coating applications and/or after surface foulant removal. These products have the ability to prevent flash rust for extended periods of time under many severe conditions.
Maritime PrepKlean Series – the series is specifically formulated for the maritime industry for treatment of rusted steel before painting and can be used for all exposed structural surfaces, valving and piping. They are one step, fast drying solutions that work at the molecular level to stop corrosion by converting microscopic destructive elements to a ferro-organic coating that prevents the migration of ions so that no chemical reaction can occur on the metal surface. The series is non-flammable, environmentally safe and ready to use and the coating can serve as a primer or undercoating for paint.
PolyKlean Series – the series are medium foaming, free flowing, liquid cleaning solutions comprised of blended propylene/ethylene glycols, “Synergized” surfactants, terpenes, certain penetrating agents, softeners and select builders for use in the conventional and/or non-conventional kleaning or displacement operations associated with the removal of Poly residual and their associated bi-products from exchangers, columns, vessels, reactors and associated equipment.
KarbonKlean Series – the series contains select environmentally safe and biodegradable “synergized ” surfactants, penetrating agents, water-soluble builders and softeners formulated to work in combination to pull select heavy hydrocarbon contaminates, iron oxides and other unwanted foulant from surfaces for efficient and effective kleaning results. They are extremely effective for carbon black stains, light oils, iron oxide, and airborne foulants.
KarKlean Series – the series are aqueous based, mild alkaline auto shampoos. They contain select surfactants, penetrating agents, builders and softeners designed to work in combination to pull road film and water-soluble dirt from vehicle surfaces and suspend it for removal. These products meet the 5-day biodegradation standards. They are designed for usage with various types of personal and commercial vehicles for the removal of road film and grime, light oils and soils from cars, trucks and trailers.
BilgeKlean Series – are highly built formularies, using select surfactants, penetrating agents, water soluble solvents, softeners, as well as bioremediation enzymes with and without microbes. The series is designed to work in combination with the sea’s natural agitation to remove and suspend hydrocarbons and water-soluble foulants from vessel bilges, as well as suppress and/or eliminate vapors from fuel sources.
AlgaeKlean Series – the series is specifically formulated to remove algae, mold and mildew from painted surfaces, insulation, concrete, vinyl and most other surfaces. The formulations also lengthen the timeframe between foulant reoccurrence. They are aqueous based alkaline formulations that contain various concentrations of bacterial and slime control oxidizing agents.
